WOW! This gentleman is a knockout son of HQH Steel Saber.  Amaretto was trained by Kyzer Stoddard.  Kyzer claims he is one of his favorite horses he has ever trained.  Amaretto is a do it all kind of horse, you ask and he willingly does it.  If you want slow and easy, you got it; if you want fast and quick, he’ll give it to you.  He has loads of natural talent and common sense. 

We have used him on the ranch doctoring, branding and pushing cows.  Kyzer used him as a lesson horse and a confidence builder for clients.  We ride Amaretto and his sire Steel Saber side by side often and the two of them quietly get their work done as if they were geldings. 

Amaretto’s first set of colts hit the ground in 2022 and we are excited to offer him to the public for 2023.  He has been color tested a Smoky Cream.  He is dominate for the Dun and the cream gene.  N/N for Albino and Lethal White.  If you want buckskins, duns and grullas, this is the one for you.
