HQH Steel Makita Sue is a heavy duty 2022 Blue Roan Filly!  She should mature to about 15.2h.  Her mother is a big, well built daughter of HQH Whiskey Warrior and her sire is HQH Steel Saber.  My favorite combinations are my Warrior daughters to Saber.  Makita Sue has learned so much the last month or so. She enjoys spa days at the hitching rail, she is good to trim and leads nicely.  She seems to have a lot of action and will be quick.  This fillies maternal grandmother is a huge pitch black heavy boned mare, this filly reminds me of her, she will pack anyone all day or be your best broodmare.

She sells in our Annual Premiere Prospects Online Auction. We are offering 20 head of ranch raised quality Quarter Horses on Saturday, June 24, 2023 with a live preview on Friday, June 23rd. The preview starts at 10 a.m. at the Ranch, 2752 E 2200 N Hamer, Idaho 83425, a steak lunch will be provided. Sale horses can also be viewed on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Winning bidders may pick horses up immediatley following the sale.
